MidlandCommunity.ca recently made a  presentation to Urban Strategies Inc who has been retained by the Town of Midland to support and develop the Downtown Master Plan.  We are reminded that very few Downtowns in the world have “book ends” as significant in value as Midland Bay Landing to the north and Little Lake Park to the south. The Downtown Master Plan is an exciting opportunity for Midland to link these assets and create a whole new success!   Envision a Downtown that is an attraction in its own right; a Downtown that is a wealth of experiences linking the two main tourism assets of Midland and forging them into one.
